BlushBox An Adult Themed Subscription Service

  I love a good subscription service and I am always on the hunt for new ones. In my latest hunt I found an adult themed (my first) quarterly subscription service, called BlushBox. BlushBox is a subscription service “dedicated to helping women embrace your(sic) sexy side in a classy, fun and stylish way”, that sends out seasonally curated boxes four times a year.  Their goal being to help women feel sexy, confident and empowered.  Included in boxes are; Intimates, bedroom accessories, and beauty products that are specially curated to “indulge your sexy side” with handpicked selections from trusted brands.  

  My BlushBox arrived in a very discreet plain white box. Once you open that very plain box, a very pretty surprise awaits you; BlushBox has some of the best presentation I have seen yet.  The theme of this season’s box is Heat Up Your Summer with BlushBox.   Before I get into the price of the BlushBox subscription service, I would like to make special mention of the included Nicaraguan handmade bracelet from The Handcrafted Hope Initiative. 100% profit of the sale of these bracelets goes right back to the women who made them. Women of the “La Chureca”, one of South America’s largest trash dumps have survived for many generations by collecting and selling trash. With the help of nonprofits, a group of Nicaraguan women formed a jewelry cooperative to help them create a sustainable source of income. “Selling jewelry has allowed these women to have more control over their own lives, enabling them to better provide for their children and avoid dangerous means of income such as prostitution, which is prevalent in the area.” Stylish and it is helping empower fellow women. I love it!

  

  So how much does it cost? You can choose  the Full Size Qaurterly Box which is $99, or you can choose to pay for a full year at once for $344, which is a $52 dollar savings. Don’t think the regular BlushBox is for you? BlushBox also offers the Mini Subscription for $49.99 a quarter or $199 paid in full for the year, where you may not get one or two of the full size products.  You can sign up at anytime and receive that quarter’s box. 

  If a subscription isn’t for you BlushBox also offers several themed boxes that you can order at anytime without a subscription and in varying price ranges. Themes such as several bridal themed boxes, like the Lingerie ShowerThe Bachelorette, Blushing Bride and several other. My favorites of the theme boxes are The Pin Up and The Bachelorette.
